I’m a purpose-driven designer & researcher, passionate about making change through customer-led innovation. I help companies achieve business goals and lead industry transformations through value-driven customer experiences. Topics I’ve worked on include: customer-led clean energy transitions, tech-assisted housing education, and youth-led healthcare reform.

I'm currently working as a contract Senior Service Designer at Toast.
I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Product Design from Art Center College of Design and a Master’s Degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art. I also studied Social Design at the Design Academy Eindhoven.
